Physical Products:

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may return it within 13 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
